Features and Applications

Actmix CDMZ/GE has excellent dispersibility in rubber compounds, with a relatively fast curing rate, and can prevent blooming phenomenon in rubber products. Compared with products cured with traditional accelerators, it features faster curing rate, shorter scorch time, and the rubber compound cured with CDMZ/GE has higher crosslinking density and better anti-aging effect; it is suitable for high-temperature rapid curing systems, especially for extruded products such as sealing strips.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 2-6 phr.
Applications: Suitable for extruded products such as profiles and sealing strips, especially architectural sealing strips.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, with a net weight of 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
